Zhongshan Sub-commission
Upon approval by Office of Legislative Affairs under People's Government of Guangdong Province, as well as registration and announcement of Department of Justice, Guangdong, Zhongshan Sub-commission of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC) was established on September 22, 2006. Since its establishment, the number of cases and the amount of subject matter under arbitration accepted by Zhongshan Sub-commission has maintained stable and rapid growth. The high efficiency, professionalism, and flexibility of Zhongshan Sub-commission filled up the gap of commercial arbitration institutes, provided a convenient path for resolving various economic disputes under various categories of themed economic activities, and played a positive role in improvement of the investment environment of Zhongshan.
