Guangzhou Arbitration Court of Construction is a specialized institution jointly established by construction engineering law experts from Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of China, Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and construction industry associations, as well as related enterprises and public institutions, and colleges and universities, in the Arbitration Secretariat of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of China on January 22, 2020, for resolution of disputes over construction engineering contracts.

Guangzhou Arbitration Court of Construction is specially responsible for handling arbitration cases involving contract disputes over construction, costing, survey and design, and supervision of construction engineering, real estate development, urban planning, land-use right assignment, and the like, is committed to providing professional, good and efficient arbitration services to the parties, and aims to improve the arbitration services for disputes over construction engineering contract in Guangzhou and optimize the diversified dispute resolution environment for construction engineering in Guangzhou.
