Arbitration Court of Intellectual Property
Guangzhou Arbitration Court of Intellectual Property was formally established on August 29, 1995 in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China. As the only civil and commercial arbitration institute in Guangzhou region, it has always adhered to the principle of independent and efficient arbitration, and resolved the civil and commercial contractual disputes and such other disputes over rights and interests in or to properties among equal entities, including natural person, legal person, and such other organizations in a justified and timely manner.
