Arbitration Court of International Shipping
Guangzhou Arbitration Court of International Shipping was established by Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC) together with Administrative Committee of Nansha Development Zone of Guangzhou, Guangzhou Port Authority, and Hong Kong and Macau Arbitration Institutes on November 19, 2015 at Nansha Free Trade Pilot Zone. It may provide legal consultation and services in term of shipping arbitration for the parties involved, and solve disputes over maritime affairs, maritime commerce, logistic, finance, insurance, technology license and such other contractual or non-contractual disputes by arbitration in a justified and timely manner, so as to practically sustain the legal rights and interests of each party involved in an international transaction, improve the credit of Guangzhou in resolving international maritime commercial disputes, and a build sound and law-based business operation environment.
