The following calculation is subject to the claim with amount in dispute. For any claim without amount in dispute, the Case Filing Department of the Commission will determine the amount in dispute or charging amount according to the specific interests involved in the dispute. In case of any difference between the following calculation and the result calculated by the Case Filing Department through its case handling system, the calculation of the Case Filing Department shall prevail.

Arbitration Fee RMB Yuan = Case Acceptance Fee RMB Yuan+ Processing Fee RMB Yuan

Note: The arbitration fee of the Commission is composed of two parts, namely the case acceptance fee and processing fee. Please see the following table of arbitration fee
