7月3日，广州仲裁委员会（以下简称“广仲”）与伊斯坦布尔仲裁中心（Istanbul Arbitration Centre）召开线上会议，广仲副主任王天喜和伊斯坦布尔仲裁中心主席兹亚·阿肯尼（Ziya Akıncı）代表各自机构签订合作备忘录。

On 3 July, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC) and Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) held an online meeting. Wang Tianxi, Vice Chairman of GZAC, and Ziya Akıncı, President of ISTAC, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of respective institutions.

介绍了广仲的国际化、专业化、智能化、数字化发展理念，他表示广州与伊斯坦布尔均是具有悠久历史的国际文化名城，也是重要的经济中心，期待广仲与伊斯坦布尔仲裁中心通过合作共同推动国际商事仲裁的发展。

Wang Tianxi, Vice Chairman of GZAC, introduced GZAC's development concepts of internationalization, specialization, intelligence, and digitization. He said that Canton and Istanbul are both international historical, and cultural cities with economic significance. Cooperation jointly promotes the development of international commercial arbitration.

介绍到伊斯坦布尔仲裁中心于2015年成立，位于伊斯坦布尔金融中心，目前在案件数量与争议金额上均是欧洲最大的仲裁中心之一。他表示伊斯坦布尔仲裁中心乐于学习和借鉴广仲在推行“广州标准”方面的经验和实践，由于仲裁案件的当事人和律师可能来自不同的国家和地区，全球性的标准和国际合作很重要。

Ziya Akıncı, President of ISTAC introduced ISTAC, which was established in 2015 and is located in the financial center of Istanbul and is currently one of the largest arbitration centers in Europe both the number of cases and the amount of dispute. He said that ISTAC would be pleased to learn from GZAC’s experience and practice of "Guangzhou Standards". As parties and lawyers in arbitration cases may come from different countries and regions, global standards and international cooperation are important.
