What is arbitration agreement?
An arbitration agreement refers to an agreement voluntarily reached by the parties to submit a dispute to an arbitration institution for resolution by arbitration, including an arbitration clause in a contract and a written agreement on request for arbitration otherwise reached before or after a dispute arises. The arbitration agreement is independent of the contract and will not be terminated or invalidated due to the termination or invalidation of the contract.
